Probation can be revoked in Florida. If for any reason the court determines that you have violated a material term of your supervision, your probation, and that that term was something that you did willfully, basically an intentional violation or something that you knew better, but you did it anyway. Under those circumstances, if it’s established by a preponderance of the evidence to the court, then the court can indeed revoke your probation. At that point, they can either modify the circumstances of the conditions of your probation, and they can actually incarcerate you.
