There are a variety of issues that you can mediate in a dependency case. Visitation may be increased. Visitation or what it’s going to take to get more visitation with your child that’s been removed. You can negotiate the tasks. You can discuss which tasks you think should be required before you may be reunified with your child, or what issues are underlying what they’re asking for. You can discuss that at mediation and maybe you can clarify something that the other side, DCF and the [inaudible 00:00:36] might be misinformed about. You can negotiate different tasks, who will provide those tasks. Do you want to hire somebody to do your evaluations rather than go through somebody provided by DCF.
